As the Financial Manager, you will oversee the full financial function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will manage reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes while providing leadership and guidance to the finance team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong decision-making skills and the ability to implement fresh ideas to drive business growth.
Skills & Experience:
Hospitality industry experience is essential
Previous experience in a senior finance role essential
Strong financial management and reporting expertise
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification:
BCom Degree (Finance/Accounting) required
