What You'll Be Doing:
As Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, enabling commercial performance, and leading a talented finance team. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends reporting, compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and system oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting and ensure audit readiness
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve profitability
• Manage cash flow, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and mentor a team, fostering continuous growth and accountability
• Drive improvements across systems, processes, and reporting tools

What We're Looking For:

• CA(SA) qualification with 5-7 years' experience as a Finance Manager
• Background in retail, FMCG, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (SAGE, Qlik advantageous)
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient under pressure
• Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for process optimisation
