An established, fast-paced business in the retail industry is looking for a dynamic and driven CA(SA) to take on the role of Financial Manager at their head office in Kuils River, Cape Town. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys working with people, and is ready to take action and drive results from day one.
Other duties include:
- Management of the full finance function including budgeting and forecasting
- Team leadership and people development within the finance department
- Financial reporting and preparation of monthly management accounts
- Operational and business performance analysis
- Support to senior leadership in strategic decision-making
- Newly Qualified CA(SA)
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors during articles is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy, proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in leading people
