Role and Responsibilities:



Flexible Schedule beyond regular working hours Managing staff Review Customer Reconciliations Review Supplier Reconciliations Management of Debtors and Creditors function Maintenance Fixed Assets Register Financial Reporting COIDA for review Customer Relations Managing the customer invoicing process Review of Bank Reconciliations Stock Reconciliation Payroll - (Fringe Benefits & Allowances, Technical and Bargain Council) Process Returns for Filing (PAYE, VAT, UIF) Income Tax Return submissions after reviewed by FRM IT14 SD submissions after reviewed by FRM Answer and respond to clients' inquiries Maintain strict client confidentiality Adhere to accounting professional standards and ethics. Client Liaison

Education



Bcom Degree/ Diploma in Accounting Matric

5 years plus experience using:



Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, MS Office) Xero Pastel Partner Pastel Payroll Payroll Efiling EasyFile
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R30000,00 - R40000,00 per month
