Job Summary ??? is assisting a luxury hospitality group to recruit an experienced for two exclusive properties in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-driven finance professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for property-level financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group standards. Working closely with department heads and support-office teams, the Financial Manager will manage reporting, budgets, and internal controls while providing strategic insight to support business decisions. Requirements Apply Below Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a hospitality environment Proven ability to manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and variance analysis Advanced proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills; experience with Sage software (Intacct advantageous) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial colleagues Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional integrity, accuracy, and consistency under pressure Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of initiative Positive team player with enthusiasm, patience, and emotional control A passion for excellence, service, and contributing to the success of a values-driven hospitality brand Please Note - Although we appreciate all applications, we will only respond to those candidates who meet the experience and qualification requirements for this position.
