Financial Manager (bidvest)

Job Description
As a Financial Manager in this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for overseeing full financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance. You'll be expected to partner with operational teams to drive profitability, ensure accurate reporting, and improve processes within a complex, decentralised structure.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting (Honours or CA(SA) advantageous)
- 5-8 years' experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Companies Act, and internal controls
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to manage audit processes and drive continuous improvements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP, Syspro, or similar)
