Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead monthly reporting and tax submissions Keep company fully compliant with financial regulations and CIPC requirements Manage payments, legal agreements, insurance, and credit applications Partner with auditors and strengthen internal controls Mentor and manage departmental staff across production units Continuously improve financial systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency Take ownership of exciting ad hoc finance projects
Requirements:
Strong finance background with management experience (minimum 8 years) Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven Skilled in compliance, reporting, and financial systems Hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment Relevant tertiary finance qualification CA(SA) qualification will be to your advantage Agriculture industry experience is an advantage * Willingness to travel as needed from time to time
