Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Build, support, lead and manage a Finance team
- Manage Systems, Processes and Controls
- Planning and Organisation
- Analysis and Reporting
- Stock Control
- Commercial Control
- Cost Control
- Capex Control
- Treasury and Taxation
- Risk Management
- Group Reporting
- Relevant tertiary qualification and Professional registration (B Comm CA(SA) / SAICA)
- 7 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- 5 years in senior financial leadership role within FMCG or Agriculture industry advantageous
- Ability to create/develop improved business models and/or performance, motivating and mobilising colleagues and/or stakeholders to work towards achieving the improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
