We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Clerk to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day financial administration, data capturing, reconciliations, and general accounting support. Key Responsibilities:
Capture and process invoices, payments, and receipts
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Support the preparation of financial reports
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments and queries
Perform general administrative and office duties as required
Requirements:
No formal qualification required (at least grade 12)
2-3 years relevant experience or recently completed studies in accounting/finance (or currently studying part-time)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial administration
Good computer skills (Excel and basic accounting systems experience advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, honest, and able to work independently
