In this role, you'll be at the heart of financial modeling, investment analysis, and transaction support, helping structure debt and equity deals that make big ideas possible. If you're analytical, detail-driven, and eager to grow, this is your chance to work on projects that truly matter.
Monitor and forecast cash positions across entities and projects
Build and refine project finance models; run scenario and risk analyses
Structure and negotiate debt and equity financing with lenders and investors
Support financial due diligence and prepare content for investment committees
Collaborate with technical teams to assess project feasibility and returns
Track financial performance, update models post-close, and support portfolio reporting
Assist with capital structuring, budgeting, and shareholder reporting
Contribute to M&A analysis, valuations, and refinancing initiatives
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounting or finance, ideally in project-based or investment environments
Strong Excel skills (including macros and modelling)
Solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and investment principles
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., CA) is a plus.
