As they continue to grow and expand their operations, my client is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

As the Financial Analyst, you will be a key player in the finance team, responsible for delivering insightful financial analyses and reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will enable my client to maintain a firm grasp on their financial performance, optimize operational processes, and fuel their growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Cost and Management Accounting to accurately allocate resources and evaluate cost efficiency.
• Prepare Financial & Management reports that provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Lead Sales Forecasting efforts, conducting variance analysis to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with account managers and customer insights teams to collate sales forecasts.
• Develop a comprehensive sales forecasting model that informs critical decision-making processes.
• Drive process improvements in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to streamline operations.
• Manage Contract Management activities to ensure adherence to financial terms and conditions.
• Execute EMP501 reconciliation and filing to maintain compliance with tax regulations.
• Process monthly payroll journal entries to accurately reflect payroll transactions.
• Act as the custodian of finance data and related information, ensuring accuracy and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• ACCA, CA, or CIMA Professional designation would be advantageous
• 4 years experience
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Cost and Management Accounting principles
