Job Summary As Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing business cases and financial models that drive strategic decisions for clients.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and objectives
• Craft comprehensive business cases to support decision-making processes
• Gather and interpret data, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders
• Build and maintain complex financial models for various scenarios
• Analyse financial statements and market trends to prepare comprehensive reports and forecasts
• Conduct risk assessments on financial proposals and investments
• Assist with the formulation of strategic and operational plans based on analysis
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Contribute to project plans and track progress
• Support change management efforts

Education Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field required

Job Requirements and Skills:

• 3 to 4 years' experience within a financial and business analysis role essential
• Proven experience in building financial and business models from scratch
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience working with analytical tools
• Ability to speak into analysis done (reporting)
• Ability to interpret requirements and business rules and system analysis, design, development and implementation
• Excellent report writing skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Significant business acumen, understanding the key drivers of organizational success
• Core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail
• Deadline driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
