Join my client's team as a Financial Analyst in the Hospitality and Gaming Industry, based in Durban North.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Effective Data and Information Management: You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that financial data and information are managed effectively throughout the company. Your expertise will help my client harness the power of data for strategic decision-making.
• Assist Marketing and CRM Managers: Collaborate with our Marketing Manager and Group CRM Manager to maintain and identify opportunities, and provide recommendations for CRM initiatives that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Data Compliance: Uphold compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and related data regulations. Create awareness among business stakeholders regarding data-related risks and work to mitigate them.
• SOP Alignment and Compliance: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) alignment and compliance. Efficiently manage operations while mitigating financial risks, ensuring a seamless and compliant operation.
• Stay Informed and Innovative: Continually stay up-to-date with CRM innovations and best practices in finance data management standards. Bring fresh ideas to the table and help my client stay at the forefront of the industry.
• Collaborate and Educate: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, sharing your expertise and educating them on the importance of data-driven decision-making. Work closely with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Team Player with a Focus on ROI: Work seamlessly as part of a team or independently to deliver highly effective CRM strategies. Your analytical skills will reduce monetary risk and consistently increase ROI for the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial data analysis tools.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA).
