Duties & Responsibilities
As a Financial Advisor, you will:
Build and manage a portfolio of clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions.
Develop tailored investment, insurance, and retirement strategies.
Guide clients through complex estate planning and wealth management decisions.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and product innovations.
Offer a range of financial solutions, including:
Life, Disability, and Severe Illness Cover.
Medical Aid & Gap Cover options.
Investment Plans (unit trusts, ETFs, and tax-free savings).
Retirement Annuities & Pension/Provident solutions.
Estate Planning and Trust Services.
Short-term Insurance (vehicle, home, business cover).
Achieve and exceed production targets with the support of a dedicated branch team.
Work in a hybrid model, combining office-based work and client visits as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
RE5 qualification.
120 NQF credits.
2-3 years of financial advisory experience.
Must be independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
Package & Remuneration
Potential Earnings: R600 000 per annum
Earning Potential and Benefits:
Generous Commission: 100% of first-year commission and 80% of second-year commission.
Daily Payouts: Commission paid daily, with 70% released upfront and 30% retained for tax and deductions.
Production Bonuses: Up to 10% additional bonus for high production volumes.
Annual Shares: Share allocations based on first-year production, vesting after three years.
Professional Growth: Monthly one-on-one sessions, ongoing training, and support for personal assistants.

Earnings will be commission based with additional earning incentives and annual share opportunities. The company also provides a safety net salary during the first three months of training to get you up and running (R25 000 for the first 2 months and R15 000 for month 3).
