An accounting firm in George is looking to appoint a Financial Advisor Administrator to provide essential administrative support to its financial advisory team.This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and client-focused, looking to grow within a professional and supportive environment.Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Previous experience as a financial administrator
  • Reliable transport
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to financial advisors
  • Preparing client documentation and onboarding paperwork
  • Managing and updating client records and financial files
  • Liaising with clients and financial institutions
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining advisor calendars
  • Handling follow-ups on outstanding documents or queries
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and checks
  • General office and administrative duties as required
