  • Manage and process various administrative duties, including completing forms for risk and investment applications, and handling tasks like new business, switches, redemptions, debit order changes, and client servicing requests.
  • Handle inquiries regarding portfolios, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate with product providers to obtain statements, tax certificates, and other essential documents.
  • Prepare and organize meeting files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external providers.
  • Resolve queries proactively and provide high-quality service at all times.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Assist with the coordination of company functions, events, and meetings.
  • Support the winding up of estates, ensuring thorough follow-up with relevant parties and keeping all parties updated.
  • Ensure proper storage of documents and maintain accurate records in the companys systems.

Requirements:
