Financial Administrator Salt River Cape TownOur Client in Salt River Cape town is looking for a Financial Administrator to assist the financial accountant. The Financial Administrator will have primary day-to-day responsibility for the debtors, creditors, cashbook, non-stock payments to suppliers, journal processing, G/L reconciliations and other financial administrative responsibilities.Salary + benefitsMin RequirementsMatric and or Financial Certificate/DiplomaWorking knowledge of relevant statutory relations (VAT, Companies Act)Experience in a Distribution, warehouse and dispatch fmch supply chain EnvironmentAt least 3 years relevant experienceWorking knowledge of Pastel / SAGE Evolution or and SYSPROResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting / Bookkeeping xe2x80x93 Trial BalanceProcessing and updating relevant general ledger journalsManaging the fixed asset register and updating as requiredPreparation of all monthly G/L Balance Sheet reconciliations excl Debtors and CreditorsProcessing and loading all payments onto the banking electronic system for approvalPerform the monthly bank reconciliationsPreparation of monthly VAT returns for the companyAssisting with the compilation of a monthly cashflow for Financial Manager review Frogg Recruitmenthttps://www.froggrecruit-sa.co.za/vacancies/?job_id=1893236053
