Job Description


We are recruiting a Financial Administrator for our client in Rustenburg, Northwest Province.

Requirements:

  • Previous Financial Administrator experience.
  • SAGE Accounting system.
  • Contactable references.
  • SAP-Ariba experience will be an advantage.
Duties include but not limited to:
  • Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, quotations, refunds and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable accounts.
  • Review and process reimbursements.
  • Prepare, track and reconcile ledgers and budgets.
  • Create financial reports.
  • Prepare and file company tax documents.
  • Identify and crrect miscalculations and financial discrepancdies.
  • Run and update databases (knowledge of Sage Accounting and SAP - Ariba).
  • Develop and streamline operational efficiencies.
  • Contact delinquent accounts.
  • Stay current with regulations requirements and laws.
  • Front desk customer service, including answering of phones and greeting guests.
  • Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes.
  • Keep organize filing system.
  • Assist directors as and when needed.
