About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to support their finance department. The role covers daily financial tasks, accurate record keeping, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage banking: daily bank position, payments (local & foreign), receipts, and financing of assets.
Handle cashbook & petty cash: processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Process creditors' invoices, debtors' receipts, reconciliations, and transactions up to trial balance.
Assist with budgets, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Support government incentive applications, insurance claims, and general finance admin.
Requirements
Relevant finance/accounting qualification.
5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting systems (Syspro preferred).
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
