A reputable mining company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a well-established operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Capturing and allocating payments
- Full debtors function, including customer collections and follow-ups
- Performing account reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly reporting
- Accurate data capturing and record keeping
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Diploma in Finance or an Accounting-related Degree
- At least 3 years' experience in a financial administration role
- Industry experience within mining, marine, or construction will be highly advantageous
- Proven experience working with SAGE Accounting
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
