Job Description
Financial Administrator (JUNIOR POSITION) -
with FMCG or Manufacturing experience - ESSENTIALNASREC, Johannesburg, GautengJUNIOR Financial Administrator
- MUST have FMCG or Manufacturing Industry experience
- Matric
- Minimum 3 Years' Working experience FMCG /
- Computer Literate - with Basic Excel experience
- SAGE experience
- Track Internal Requisitions(IPR's) ensuring actioned timeously
- Expedite Purchase Orders & Deliveries daily
- Liaise with suppliers, Procurement Officers to ensure Business
- Ensure there is a proper Audit Trial of IPR's, Purchase Orders
- Liaise with Creditors Department for Supplier Payments
- Handling Queries
- Filing of Financial Documents
- Request Statements & Invoices from suppliers
- Attendance of Month-end Stock counts and Capturing into
- Other Ad hoc duties
- CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - Will be verified
