Financial Accountant

to join our Finance team.



This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform debtors and creditors reconciliations (premium accounts and purchase orders) Manage bank payments, credit card reconciliations, payroll reconciliations Maintain fixed asset register, reconcile and post depreciation charges Reconcile intercompany loans and raise prepayments, accruals, provisions, and tax journals Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidation reports Maintain weekly cash flow forecasts Conduct variance analysis of actual versus budgeted income and expenditure Update monthly forecasts and assist with ad hoc financial queries Support internal and external audit requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and BCom Degree in Accounting (essential) Minimum 1-year relevant experience in financial accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and accounting software (Xero experience advantageous) Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and numerical ability Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
