Our client is seeking a proactive, hands-on Finance Systems Lead to take full ownership of their Microsoft-centric finance technology stack. You'll guide a small team of analysts, drive the ongoing evolution of Dynamics 365, Power BI, and the broader Power Platform, and spearhead automation and process optimization across the organization. This high-visibility position is perfect for an experienced senior analyst or emerging leader who thrives on delivering measurable impact, collaborating with IT and external partners, and pushing low-code/no-code innovation to new heights--while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and high-performing.
Skills & Experience:
Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query
Strong background in finance systems, processes, and workflows (highly advantageous)
Demonstrated people leadership or mentoring experience
Bonus: Working knowledge of Python or other programming languages
Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication abilities
Qualification:
Relevant degree preferred
Solid background in finance systems and Microsoft tech stack
