This is your chance to modernise processes, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of our business.POSITION INFO:Key Responsibilities: * Financial Leadership xe2x80x93 Oversee all finance functions including reporting, tax, audits, and cash flow management
- Process Transformation xe2x80x93 Modernize systems and implement efficiency improvements
- Strategic Planning xe2x80x93 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capex investment decisions
- Team Development xe2x80x93 Mentor and guide finance professionals to excellence
- Stakeholder Engagement xe2x80x93 Partner with executives to drive business performance
- CA(SA) with 4-5 years of progressive finance experience
- Expertise in IFRS (Especially IFRS 15), financial systems (Navision), and process optimisation
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
