Full Time Finance Office Manager required for our small finance office in Lonehill. Duties include the following:
Process monthly payroll on Sage Payroll (approx. 150 staff to process) and maintain staff files
Load weekly EFT payments on the online banking and submit for authorisation
Prepare monthly Cost of Sales Reports
Review and approve Supplier invoices
Review and update revenue transactions captured on Sage One Accounting
Supervise and manage our small finance team (3 staff members), assist with queries and report to the Senior Bookkeeper
Monitor and place office supply orders, manage office staff leave requests
Other general finance and administration tasks as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R19000,00 per month
