What We're Looking For
An experienced
Finance Manager
to lead and manage our finance operations across
South Africa, Tanzania, and Mozambique
.
A leader with
strong work ethics
, integrity, and the ability to inspire the team.
Someone with
cross-border finance experience
, particularly in East Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the finance departments across three countries.
Prepare and deliver accurate
monthly management accounts
, reports, and ledgers within strict deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all
statutory returns
and regulatory requirements across the three countries.
Maintain and enhance accounting systems, policies, and procedures; recommend improvements.
Lead
budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections
.
Manage
insurance, payroll, and capital expenditure (Capex)
processes.
Coordinate
year-end financial activities
across the company.
Partner with the Sales team on
project costings
, financial terms, and maintenance agreements.
Provide financial and commercial support to non-finance managers.
Drive performance and development of the finance team, aligning objectives with company goals.
Ensure adherence to
Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
.
Requirements
Professional Qualification:
ACCA, CA, or CIMA with audit experience.
Minimum
10 years' industry experience
, including cross-border operations.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting systems such as
Sage
and
Microsoft Dynamics Navision
.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Advanced
Microsoft Excel/Office
skills
Good business understanding; experience in an engineering environment is an advantage.
