A powerhouse in the Manufacturing industry is searching for a Finance Manager who can bring strategic control, operational discipline, and strong financial leadership to a high-volume, factory-driven environment.
Based primarily in Boksburg, with exposure to Sandton operations, this role is ideal for someone with a BCom and articles, plus 5+ years of management experience, who thrives in environments where stock, costing, deadlines, and people all demand your attention at once.
This is not a "sit behind a desk and report" type of job. This is a "be on the floor, understand the numbers, challenge the processes, drive outcomes, and lead from the front" role.
You'll own financial reporting, operational finance, stock integrity, cost control, leadership, and systems oversight, especially if Syspro or Cognos is in your toolkit.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end financial management & governance
• Stock, costing, bill of materials & factory finance oversight
• Lead financial controls, reporting, compliance & audit readiness
• Drive budgeting, forecasting & performance reviews
• Strengthen inventory processes and eliminate variances
• Partner closely with production, supply chain & operations
• Implement financial discipline across all departments
• Manage, mentor & lead a strong finance team
• Support system efficiencies (Syspro & Cognos beneficial)

???? Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Degree -- essential
• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles essential
• 5+ years management experience
• Background in Manufacturing / Industrial / Production advantageous
• Solid experience with stock, costing, and operational finance
• Strong personality: Assertive, structured, confident, and delivery-driven
• Excellent Excel, ERP & reporting capability
• Able to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Syspro / Cognos exposure = a major advantage
