Job Summary
As the Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a brand-new finance department for an international company expanding within South Africa. This includes setting up structures and processes aligned with global best practices, integrating systems from international entities, and building and leading a capable local team. The role offers the rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your expertise will directly shape the success of the division and ensure seamless financial operations across borders
Skills & Experience:
Completed articles with minimum +5 years relevant experience in a similar environment
OR
Completed qualification minimum +7 to 10 years experience in a similar environment
Experience in a project environment highly beneficial
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and work with different countries
Self-starter, able to get things running with minimal structure in place
Ability to implement processes and procedures
Qualification:
Completed Tertiary Qualification in Accounting / Finance
Completed articles beneficial
