What You'll Get Your Hands On:

• Oversee and review monthly accounting processes and reconciliations.
• Compile and analyse detailed management reports to support business performance.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and approve payments and collections.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with precision and insight.
• Ensure all control accounts, balance sheets, and income statements are reconciled monthly.
• Prepare and submit VAT, income tax, and statutory returns (FSCA, Prudential Authority, SARB, SARS, NAMFISA).
• Compile annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Liaise with auditors and resolve outstanding reconciliation items.
• Identify and implement process and internal control improvements.
• Partner with regional managers to deliver timely and accurate financial information.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified CA(SA).
• 2+ years post-articles experience, ideally within Financial Services or Short-Term Insurance.
• Strong MS Excel
• Experience with Great Plains, SAP, or Accpac is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
