Job Description
An established real estate and investment institution, with decades in the game, is looking for a Finance & Tax Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this individual must have experience in and exposure to corporate tax, international tax, VAT and Carbon Tax.If you are passionate about tax, and are a true leader and collaborator, then this one is for you!Duties:
- REIT related calculations
- Controlled Foreign Companies
- International Tax - Transfer pricing & Carbon Tax assessments
- Group tax computations
- IFRS & Consolidations
- Tax returns and SARS engagement
- Financial reporting of tax transactions
- Tax submissions to audit committee and board
- Normal and deferred tax calculations
- Assist with budgeting process
- Tax planning
- Postgraduate in Tax (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- CA(SA) xe2x80x93 NB!
- 10 xe2x80x93 15 years in Corporate tax (post articles)
- Financial Services/Investment management/Property experience xe2x80x93 NB!
- IFRS 4, 17 & Tax Legislation & Regulations
- Managerial experience is NB!
