Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy business delivering solar solutions to the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market across multiple African countries. With sustainability and scale at the core of their mission, they are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to partner closely with Supply Chain and Operations and support continued growth.
This is a highly operational finance role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the numbers and the business. You'll play a critical role in ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis across inventory, costing, and margins.

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Finance or Accounting) minimum
Saica Articles (Beneficial)
7 years + experience within a similar role
Solid background in inventory, costing, and margin analysis
Salary: R800 000 to R1mil excluding performance bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Supply Chain and Operations to support day-to-day decision-making
• Oversee inventory management, including valuation and reconciliation
• Lead costing and margin analysis to drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Prepare and review month-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Analyse variances and provide actionable insights to management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of financial processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies across multiple entities including tax.
• Lead audit preparation
