Job Description
Job Summary Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (non-negotiable)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in complex reporting and financial operations
- Experience on Syspro or QlikSense advantageous
- Solid leadership skills with prior experience managing finance teams
- Background in Agriculture, FMCG, or Manufacturing highly desirable
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, managing a team of finance staff
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls
- Drive cost efficiencies across the business
- Manage treasury and cashflow functions
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including commercial and contract reporting
- Partner closely with the Regional MD on strategic and operational decisions
Salary $ 5000 - $ 6000 plus housing and company car.
