Job Summary 
 The Finance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health, governance, and operational efficiency of one of the group's international entities. This position provides both strategic oversight and active operational management of all finance-related functions, including budgeting, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. 
 This is a hands-on role, not purely supervisory - ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they will both manage and execute day-to-day finance operations. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Group CEO and the Finance Manager (South Africa) to align group-wide financial processes, reporting, and compliance. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Oversee preparation of annual budgets, cash-flow management, and consolidated management accounts. 
 Manage daily financial operations, including creditors, debtors, and reconciliations. 
 Supervise audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. 
 Process and review supplier invoices, EFTs, and payment approvals. 
 Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations. 
 Support payroll coordination and HR-related financial administration. 
 Mentor and guide the Financial Administrator supporting this entity. 
 Enhance internal controls, systems, and reporting procedures. 
 Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to leadership. 
 Support implementation of automation and digital financial tools. 
Requirements 
 Matric and BCom or equivalent qualification (preferred). 
 Minimum 7 years' experience in financial management and bookkeeping to balance-sheet level. 
 Proven experience managing finances for multi-entity or group structures. 
 Hands-on approach - must be comfortable both managing and executing tasks. 
 Proficiency in Pastel Evolution/Partner and Pastel Payroll. 
 Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
 Excellent administrative and organisational skills. 
 Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. 
 Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. 
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
