M-Sure is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Finance Manager: Reporting. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Finance Team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Financial Manager: Reporting.
Position Overview
M-Sure is looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager: Reporting to contribute to and implement our strategy, lead people, improve systems, establish policies, and reduce risk. This is an excellent opportunity to find new ways to help us achieve our goals and grow the M-Sure business. The successful incumbent will be comfortable with change, be proactive and frequently generate new ideas.
Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team and manage internal and external reporting requirements
  • Identify key insights and trends in results and communicate to business owners and stakeholders
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare and manage monthly and annual report submissions and present these to internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement strategy and set goals for business growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimise expenses
  • Set business policies and processes
  • Evaluate and continuously improve operational efficiency and reporting processes
  • Maintain strategic relationships with executives and management teams
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business
  • Improve the capacity of the department by improving operational efficiencies
  • Development of team members through regular training and mentorship
  • Manage talent and succession planning
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare and manage monthly and annual report submissions and present these to the Motus Mobility Solutions team
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relative Business bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least +3 years' experience in a leadership role in a similar environment
  • Proven experience as a finance manager
  • Experience with ERP system migration (preferable)
  • CA (SA) and Articles experience (preferable)
  • Insurance experience(preferable)
  • Strong analytical ability and experience in analysing large data sets and interpreting the data
