Finance Manager
Job Description
I'm reaching out to connect with strong Finance Managers in the Financial Services industry who are ready for their next move. This role is ideal for commercially minded professionals with solid finance leadership experience, even if you're not a CA(SA).
What we're looking for:
? BCom Accounting / Finance (or equivalent) - Honours preferred
? Minimum 6-8 years' experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role
? Solid Financial Services exposure (insurance, banking, lending, or investments)
? Strong technical accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
? Leadership ability with proven experience managing teams
? Confident stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
