Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to be based at their mine in the Northern Cape!Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning to support business goals.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance, including VAT, Income Tax, and Royalty submissions.
  • Administer payroll processes using Pastel, SAGE, or VIP Payroll and draft essential financial documents.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Honours Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Recently qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Previous experience as a Finance Manager will be preferred
  • 2 to 3 years experience
