Manganese Metal Company ("MMC) based in Nelspruit (Mpumalanga Province), is the world's largest producer of 99.9% electrolytic manganese metal (EMM). MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

BACKGROUND INFORMATION REGARDING THE JOB
The Financial Manager is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, robust reporting, and effective financial controls, while also supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role provides exposure to senior management and the opportunity to influence both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning.
MMC offers a very dynamic working environment, where the person will be part of the team that ensure production and delivery of the world's highest quality EMM to customers all over the world, directly from Mbombela (Nelspruit).
JOB OBJECTIVES

• Manage the company's Accounts function.
• Prepare budgets and monitor company's performance against the budget.
• Perform a cost accounting function.
• Ensure compliance to all HSEQ legislation, policy & procedures.
• Leading high-performing teams.
• Effective cost control.
• Strategic financial analysis and risk management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BCom degree in Accounting / Finance.
• 8 Years financial management. experience in mid-size company
• 5 Years in leadership role.
