Job Summary A busy retail store is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will handle budgeting, reporting, cost analysis, and help guide the company's financial planning. Strong knowledge of finance systems, leadership skills, and experience in a similar role are required.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present financial reports with clear recommendations to management.
Advise on investment decisions and financial strategies.
Monitor the overall financial health of the business.
Analyze pricing, costs, sales results, and performance against business targets.
Develop financial forecasts and identify trends.
Lead cost reviews and identify areas for savings.
Manage the finance department, set objectives, and build effective processes.
Oversee the company's budgeting process.
Coordinate with auditors to maintain financial compliance.
Collaborate with other departments on business planning and direction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
Background in finance, with previous roles such as Financial Analyst preferred.
Strong understanding of financial trends and market behavior.
Proficient in financial software and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master's a plus).
Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or similar is an advantage.
