Job Summary Finance Manager - Luxury Hospitality Group An exclusive and rapidly expanding luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, hands-on finance professional to contribute to a prestigious brand renowned for its world-class service and guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all financial operations across multiple properties within the group. Prepare and present monthly management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, financial policies, and internal controls. Lead and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Analyse financial data to support business decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Contribute to strategic planning and provide financial insight to executive management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA) or CIMA qualification advantageous). Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry. Strong knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and reporting processes.
