Job Description
Our client, a reputable organisation, is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead and drive the finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage compliance with statutory reporting requirements (VAT, tax, etc.).
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a high-performing team.
- Ensure strong internal controls and governance practices.
- CA(SA) qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant finance management experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Ability to drive process improvements and add strategic value.
