Financial Manager - Johannesburg North
We're looking for a Financial Manager within the trailblazing Fintech space, who's ready to move beyond traditional finance and help drive the future of digital banking, lending, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Drive strategic financial planning to support rapid growth
- Oversee compliance, risk, and internal controls in a dynamic regulatory space
- Collaborate with tech-savvy teams to align financial strategy with product innovation
- Provide leadership in fundraising, capital allocation, and investor reporting
- A qualified CA(SA) or equivalent
- 5+ years in financial management (Fintech or Financial Services experience a plus!)
- Sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong command of cloud-based financial systems (e.g. Xero and NetSuite)
