Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, compliance, and governance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives and AI-driven innovation
- Identify efficiencies and implement process improvements within a rapidly evolving environment
- Education: Qualified CA(SA)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-articles in financial services or fintech
- Strong background in financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Innovative mindset with exposure to technology-driven solutions (AI or automation advantageous)
- Commercially astute, adaptable, and a collaborative leader
