Duties:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow, rental income, recoveries, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Provide financial insights to support property and business decisions.
- Lead and guide the finance team while improving systems and controls.
- BCom Degree in Accounting
- SAIPA articled
- 9 years relevant property experience
