Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage cash flow, rental income, recoveries, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Provide financial insights to support property and business decisions.
Lead and guide the finance team while improving systems and controls.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Com degree in accounting
- SAIPA
- 9 years relevant property experience
