- Prepare and review trial balances, financial statements, and regulatory submissions.
- Oversee resource management and optimise financial processes to improve efficiency.
- Drive compliance, risk management, and internal controls while supporting strategic decision-making.
- Education: BCom Accounting or Finance (CA(SA)
- Experience: 5-7 years' financial management experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry, with proven post-articles experience.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Strong leadership, analytical ability, and communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
