Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a skilled Finance Manager who can combine technical expertise with operational impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, and governance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drive cost-control initiatives and operational efficiency
- Manage and mentor a finance team to deliver results
- Education: Qualified CA(SA)
- Experience: 3-5 years post-articles, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries
- Strong background in IFRS, audits, and operational finance
- Proficiency in Sage and advanced Excel
- Leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Analytical, commercially savvy, and adaptable in high-pressure environments
