Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee liquidity and working capital, ensuring effective that funding structures are in place.
• Implement strategies to optimise capital allocation and long-term sustainability.
• ??? Operational Involvement & Strategic Decision-Making:

• Actively engage with operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decisions and growth initiatives.
• ??? Financial Management & Reporting:

• Lead the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Deliver timely management reports and financial statements that drive business performance.
• ??? Risk & Compliance:

• Safeguard the organisation through robust internal controls and governance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across the business.
• ??? Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals.
• Drive execution of key projects, initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• CA(SA) - Essential.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in Manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of stock, supply chain, and costing principles.
• Resilient, confident, and a strong personality capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required across operations.
