This role is about more than reporting, you'll be driving growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring the financial health of a high-volume, fast-paced operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial strategy & leadership
- Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
- Financial reporting & compliance
- Costing and operational finance for warehousing & distribution operations
- Inventory, supply chain, and working capital management
- Risk management & governance
- Qualification: BCom Accounting
- Experience: 3-5 years in finance, preferably within warehousing or distribution
- Strong leadership and operational finance experience
- Proven ability in cost control, process efficiency, and inventory finance
- ERP systems experience and advanced Excel proficiency
- Energetic, analytical, and adaptable in a high-volume, time-sensitive industry
