What the job involves..
Overseeing the financial performance of all client-facing campaigns
Partnering with creative, production and client service teams to build and manage accurate project budgets
Monitoring costs, flagging potential overruns and recommending solutions early
Preparing regular financial reports for both internal and client stakeholders
Managing vendor payments, POs and reconciliations with the finance team
Supporting revenue recognition and cost accruals
Conducting post-project profitability reviews to inform future decisions
Ensuring compliance with finance processes and audit requirements
Identifying opportunities to streamline financial tracking and reporting
Providing financial insight in key project meetings
Coaching teams on financial best practices
What you need to be considered..
3-5+ years' experience in a finance role within an advertising, creative or media agency
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills
Experience managing finances across multiple fast-moving projects
High attention to detail with strong analytical and Excel skills
Confident communicator able to liaise with both creative and finance teams
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Are studying toward or have a CIMA or CA(SA) qualification
