Job Summary An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified CA(SA) to step into a high-impact Financial Manager position, reporting directly to the CFO. The role offers a unique platform for a seasoned finance professional to contribute to a well-established and fast-paced retail-driven environment.
As Financial Manager, you will oversee a team of 7 and be responsible for end-to-end operational finance, including financial controls, reporting, and analysis. Your focus will include IFRS-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement, ensuring the finance function supports strategic decision-making and business performance.
This is a high-visibility role suited to a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum 3 years post-article experience in a Financial Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and operational finance
- Proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
